Bring a bright, focused resonance to your practice with our Small Tibetan Singing Bowl. Weighing between 400–549 g and measuring approximately 4.5–5 inches in diameter, this artisan-crafted bowl is hand-hammered from a traditional blend of 7 metals. It produces high, clear frequencies that are ideal for clearing the mind, focus-based meditation, or signalling transitions within a sound healing session.

The bowl will be in the 4th or 5th octave.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A MALLET FOR TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS, YOU WILL NEED TO BUY ONE.

We sell 3 different types of mallets:
  1. Wooden mallet with a suede covering at one end (various sizes) - good for tapping and playing around the rim of bowls - match the size of the mallet to the size of the bowl
  2. Small wooden mallet - good for tapping and playing around the rim of small bowls
  3. Felt head mallets (various sizes) - good for tapping bowls to create healing intervals, but not for playing around the rim - match the mallet size to the bowl size. The felt-head mallets create a different set of tones from the wooden mallets with suede covering, often emphasising lower tones.
