Delivery information

Orders are processed for shipping on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after midday on the posting days will be processed on the next posting day. Post days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Standard delivery is done either via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or International Tracked.

Express delivery in the UK is normally done by Royal Mail Special Delivery which arrives the following morning - unless it is a larger heavier parcel, in which case, it will be by courier. Express delivery orders go out on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Courier orders are generally collected the day after the order is made. 

Express international orders are sent via a fast courier and these orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday or Friday for next working day collection.

Delivery guarantee

All mail is insured and if your parcel is lost in the post, we will send the goods again or refund them once we hear confirmation that the post office has agreed it is lost.

If the non-delivery of goods is a result of you giving an incorrect address or you choosing not to pay import duty and the parcel is returned to the sender, then we will either re-post the goods (for an extra delivery charge to be paid) or refund the cost of goods. This is dependent on goods being returned and is not guaranteed.

Please note that returned goods can take up to three months to arrive, and sometimes they do not arrive at all.

UK: 2 to 5 couriers generally, 2 working days

EU: 5 to 10 working days, but due to customs, allow at least a week, and in some countries even longer

Australia & New Zealand: 2 to 4 weeks by post and 5 to 8 days by courier

Customs

For some countries you may have import duty to pay on your purchases.

EU customers now have to pay VAT on goods when they reach their destination.

The customs allowance is very generous for Australia, so this is not generally an issue for this destination.
