GENERAL RETURNS

Should you find your purchase is not what you want, then we do accept returns.

The cost of goods will be refunded in full excluding the delivery cost once the goods are received. Please let us know if you are sending the goods back and using a signed for or tracked service. 

Goods should be posted for return within 14 days of the date you received the goods - this date is recorded on the tracking details. Buyer pays return delivery cost. If returning goods from outside of the UK the customs document needs to show "returned goods."

Also, please ensure products are repackaged carefully. Unweighted tuning forks should be as flat as possible, and weighted tuning forks should still have the foam packaging on the end of the fork. Please wrap tuning forks in paper or bubble wrap to protect them as the cases can get damaged.

If goods are damaged or inadequately packed and arrive in poor condition, the refund will not be in full.

The items we sell are very robust, but in the event of damage during delivery, please send me details including photos of the goods and packaging.


CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives broken, you'll need to log a claim with us within 3 days of the delivery being signed or accepted.

How to log a claim:

1. Take a photo of the box to show damage
2. Take a photo of the broken bowl in the box before removing it
3. Take a photo of the courier slip addressed to you  
4. Email all images with your original order number to customer@rainbowsounds.co
5. In your email, give any extra detail you can  

Waiting time for claims is 3-6 weeks – this is the time the courier takes to process claims. Your claim is with the courier and not with Rainbow Sounds, we just help facilitate it.
