Small Tibetan Singing Bowl (200-399 g) - 4"
Invite bright, high-frequency resonance into your sound healing practice with our Small Tibetan Singing Bowl. Weighing between 200–399 g and measuring approximately 4 inches in diameter, this delicate instrument is hand-hammered from a traditional blend of 7 metals. Its smaller size produces clear, piercing overtones that are perfect for clearing the mind, focus-based meditation, and signalling the beginning or end of a session.
The bowl will be in the 4th or 5th octave.
We sell 3 different types of mallets:
- Wooden mallet with a suede covering at one end (various sizes) - good for tapping and playing around the rim of bowls - match the size of the mallet to the size of the bowl
- Small wooden mallet - good for tapping and playing around the rim of small bowls
- Felt head mallets (various sizes) - good for tapping bowls to create healing intervals, but not for playing around the rim - match the mallet size to the bowl size. The felt-head mallets create a different set of tones from the wooden mallets with suede covering, often emphasising lower tones.
