The Earth Star Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl plays a deep B3 note which it's the deepest note we make in a bowl! The B3 note comes below the C note (Root/Base bowl) and is in the 3rd octave.

A Beautiful Nurturing Bowl !

This bowl is really deep and beautifully nurturing . Like being wrapped in a warm, fluffy blanket vibrationally. It is very soothing and I feel would work well for clients feeling high levels of anxiety due to lower chakra imbalance and safety issues. However - a little of this bowl goes a long way so care should be taken not to overplay. It is thinner and more delicate than my other crystal bowls so may be not suitable for nesting . I found it doesn't like being played by all of my silicone mallets...so may be use the one that comes with the bowl for best results. Enjoy!
