This Whole Body Tuners Set contains 2 tuning forks and they come with a velveteen pouch.

The 2 notes of the tuning forks are C at 256 Hz and G at 384 Hz.

Love them - very relaxing

As a sound healer and somatic therapist these are a great offering to help my clients get centred at the start of the session, or if they come in very scattered or stressed. For me they also help ground and balance me before running a retreat or class.. They are great quality - the sound carries for a good long time. I would recommend this set, other tuning forks I have had are not as good quality.
