Weighing between 900–1009g and measuring approximately 6.5–8 inches in diameter, this artisan-made bowl is hand-hammered from a traditional blend of seven metals. Its increased weight compared to standard medium bowls provides a richer tonal complexity and a more powerful resonance, making it an excellent choice for both personal meditation and professional sound healing work.

1. Wooden mallet with a suede covering at one end (various sizes) - good for tapping and playing around the rim of bowls - match the size of the mallet to the size of the bowl
2. Small wooden mallet - good for tapping and playing around the rim of small bowls
3. Felt head mallets (various sizes) - good for tapping bowls to create healing intervals, but not for playing around the rim - match the mallet size to the bowl size. The felt-head mallets create a different set of tones from the wooden mallets with suede covering, often emphasising lower tones.
