The B4 -6” was not smooth on the inside and outside of the bowl, while the G4-8” was frosted on the outside and smooth on the inside.
I understood the signature smooth finish was a selling point for your bowls and with the smooth finish a better sound is produced.
The bowls I received do not have smooth walls, I have some from another company - so I am able to compare.
I anticipated differences in colour but did not expect it to be frosted to the touch.
I was disappointed that no one replied to my email to explain the inconsistencies.
