The Harmonic Spectrum Unweighted Tuning Forks (Set Of 8 With Velveteen Case)

The Harmonic Spectrum 8-piece set contains a full octave of tuning forks (C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C).

They create a series of musical intervals to help you relax, centre yourself, and release stuck or blocked energy. Each interval can affect your nervous system differently by activating specific healing qualities. This is done by tapping two tuning forks together.
It's also possible to balance chakra energy with this tuning fork set.

The Otto (Ostheopathic) Weighted Tuning Forks (Set Of 3 With Cases)

Otto tuning forks are used for relaxation and for sending vibrations into the bones. The forks are tuned to 32 Hz, 64 Hz, and 128 Hz.

They vibrate at a low pitch due to their weighted prongs and are especially effective when placed on the sternum, vertebra and meridian points. These frequencies project sounds into the physical body, especially in the bones.

The Otto 32 Hz Weighted Tuning fork

C-32 Hz is helpful for the following:
  • good for stimulating the flow of lymph
  • boosting the immune system
  • repairing and regenerating peripheral nerves
  • enabling greater mobility of cranial bones and helping to relieve migraines, headaches, and mood swings
  • stimulates hair growth
  • good for grounding
The Otto Tuner is the note of C in the diatonic scale.

The Otto 64 Hz Weighted Tuning Fork

C-64 Hz is helpful for the following:
  • helps loosen sacral ligaments
  • stimulates and balances between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems
  • useful in healing emotional trauma
  • grounding
The Otto 64 Hz is highly effective when used around the sacrum, as it helps balance the autonomic nervous system. It assists in the following:
  • better sleep
  • reduced aches and pains
  • lifting depression
  • overcoming sexual and menstrual dysfunctions
  • improved immune system

The Otto 128 Hz Weighted Tuning Fork

The Otto 128 Hz reduces joint pain and can be used on or around stiff or painful joints, on the sacrum, and on Chakra points. Benefits include:
  • increases joint mobility
  • spikes nitric oxide
  • stimulates endocrine glands
  • releases the psoas muscle
  • relaxes the organs within the pelvis

Weighted OM Tuning Fork - 136.1 Hz

This weighted OM tuning fork vibrates at 136.1 Hz and includes a velveteen pouch.
Weighted tuning forks are well-suited for direct application to the body.

According to the ancient Vedanta tradition, OM is the primordial sound, the source of creation. The Aitareya Brahmana of the Rig Veda, in section 5.32, suggests that the three phonetic components of OM (pronounced AUM) correspond to the three stages of cosmic creation, and that, when toned, it celebrates the creative powers of the universe.
136.1 Hz is the standard frequency of the OM tuning fork, often used to tune instruments for Indian temple music.

It is called "Sadja", or "Sa", and is the fundamental tone of the Sitar and Tambura.
The mid-OM tone is said to stimulate the Anahata (heart chakra), hence why is widely believed to be good for meditation and healing.

These instruments are made from special-grade aluminium alloy, and their frequency is guaranteed to be tuned to an accuracy of ±0.25 %.

All tuning forks come in a velveteen carry bag and are made in India. They're cut and machine -made (not moulded) and of high quality and value.
1 wooden mallet with a rubber ball end will be included in kit. Please look at the other activators if you wish to add on.
